For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Hebrews 4:12
It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. John 6:63
You are a vessel! What is inside your vessel? Are you a broken and surrendered vessel? These are the questions I often ask myself as I go into prayer. A vessel of honor fit for the Master’s use?
A vessel either has contents or it is empty. As human vessels, we have “contents” inside us.
You are a spirit
possessing ( own) a soul
Living in a body ( vehicle)
Our soul is made up of our
•mind- how we think
•will- how we choose
•emotions- how we feel
So how we think, feel, and choose all comes from our soul. For believers, our spirits are saved, sanctified upon salvation. Our soul and our body are however in a different process. Thoughts, words, ideas, memories, knowledge and emotions are some of the contents that fill our vessel.
We must learn to allow God through His Word and Holy Spirit to transform and sanctify our thinking, feeling, and choosing as we grow and mature in Christ. The Word is active. Our words become active as well.
So what is in your vessel? As a new blogger the word “content” is in my thoughts and vocabulary alot more often now than used to be. Contents fills space, good or bad, beneficial to life or not. The contents fill the space. We hold “contents”, we are full of something.
As a vessel I also need to create content.
I must be mindful of the “content” I am creating and filling my vessel with.
What do you carry in your vessel? We must be on guard with our heart daily in diligence. Not allowing for things such as negativity, word curses, bitterness, anxiety, fears, insecurities, unforgiveness or anger.
It is God’s will that we be full of content such as love, wisdom, understanding, knowledge and revelation. Full of the fruit of the Spirit and His Spirit; having on our armour and using the tools that are the gifts of the Spirit.
For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse. Roman’s 1:20
Contents in Vessels
What are you releasing as “content”?
Thoughts are like invisible words, “silent ones”
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. Hebrews 11:3
Words have power, Proverbs 18:21 says our words hold power unto life or death.
Words come from thoughts, we all know this. But do you know that your thoughts are in the subconscious mind until they are given “energy”. Energized thoughts create matter.
What is matter?
According to dictionary online: Matter as a noun is a “physical substance in general, as distinct from mind and spirit; (in physics) that which occupies space and possesses rest mass, especially as distinct from energy. The substance or content of a text as distinct from its manner or form.”
synonyms: content, subject matter, text, argument, substance, thesis, sense, purport, gist, pith, essentials, burden
“the matter of the sermon”
By the word of the Lord were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth. Psalms 33:6
God spoke and created, most of us know and understand this, but do we understand why the Bible tells us to take every thought CAPTIVE?
We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:5
Why do we need to capture thoughts and make them obey Christ? This is because our thoughts have power and when energized they create matter in the earth.
Is this what it means that the Scripture is “alive” or “active”? All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 2 Tim. 3:16
How do we give energy to thoughts?
In moments we entertain, focus in, write down or begin to analyze thoughts. We meditate or think on specific things. We talk about our thoughts, or stew on things. The moment we capture and begin to focus in any of these ways on our thoughts they become “energized” according to scientific research. The thoughts become “active”.
If we do not capture them and bring them into obedience to Christ according to 2 Corinthians 10:5, we create matter contrary to the Annointed One.
The Active Word
God moved on holy men by His Spirit to write the Holy Scriptures. 66 books, over 40 authors over a period of hundreds of years in several territories; and yet some accounts repeat the “eye-witness” and some prophecy the future. The Bible is full of foreshadows, prophecies, and types. A supernatural Book written and given by the Elohim; Creator of Heaven and Earth.
Have you read Glory Realms?
Brains are Receivers
Even our thoughts create matter! Matter creates things in the natural realm. So our mind has a thought, we energize it (good or bad) and it goes to our brain.
Our brains are the receivers, if we give energy to negative thoughts and words we actually begin to create it according to science. The tongue acts as a sword, wielding the energized thought; speaking words. The power in the tongue is coming from the “energy” on the word which actually began in the thought. The tongue, much like a shovel, shovels out the thoughts.
What are we dumping (shoveling) out onto others, our homes, properties, territories? I believe if we could see our words coming out we would be much more diligent to capture our thoughts and bring them into obedience. How often we pollute what we are praying for God to bless by our words or “energized thoughts”.
I was once so sick in my body due to my thought life and trauma. I had become so full of bitterness and unforgiveness that negativity took over my mind. The darkness of my soul grew blacker and blacker. Not understanding biblical truths, I would worry and give energy to fears and anxieties. I did this to the point of needing medications and therapy. Once I was born again and began to learn the Truth of God’s Word, I began to reverse these effects using the Written word of God and prayer.
Created in His image, His word is alive and active and our words are activated by energy as well. The science of thought is mind boggling. Our brain is different than our mind. Our mind actually ‘ feeds thoughts into’ our brain which then commands our body. Everything we speak starts with a thought.
According to the law of physics, when thoughts are given energy, they become more intense. When a thought reaches a certain level of intensity they create matter.
Think about the things of heaven, not the things of earth. Colossians 3:2
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Philippians 4:8
It is God’s perfect will that we create things that are lovely, pure, just, of good virtue. Therefore our thoughts must come into alignment with these instructions.
Many are bound in anxieties, fears, depression and many other “mental” health issues due to their thought life. As we learn to re-new our mind, and capture our thoughts; we can change our ” contents” ( energy, matter)
Look around you, all the things you see around you are made of matter. Created from thoughts, “everything” around us in the natural realm has come from someone thoughts.
Unbelief or Doubt?
If we truely believe the Word of God, why are we not speaking it much more often? Why are we so bound by fears, insecurities, and worries? Why is so much of the church sickly?
I believe that we are at a chronos time in the Spirit where God wants us to come up higher in understanding and begin to exercise our faith much more than in times past. I believe the power will be restored unto the Church in a supernatural way if only we would step in to a deep level of surrender and lifestyle change. Our words should be life and spirit as are our example Jesus the Messiah.
Key : A Thoughts detox or fasting from negative thoughts for several days while praying will help one to recognize if their thoughts are toxic.
Thoughts and Words in our daily actions is of the upmost importance. As we think, set our minds on things above and learn to speak words of Christ more often, we can release the KING’S Decrees and see miraculous power!
The Lion of the Tribe of Judah
I recently had an open vision I want to share with you.
In the vision I enter the heavens, the galaxies all the sudden I’m seeing beside the planet earth, I look and all the sudden i seen a lion come dashing, there is fire coming from his hinder parts like this lion is being launched like a rocket!
Saying, “Lord what am I seeing, what does this mean?” I hear Him say,…
“Weep not for the Lion of the Tribe of JUDAH has already triumphed! The Lion of Judah is being launched like a rocket!” Said the Spirit of the Lord. I see the book of Revelation. I hear the scripture again, Weep Not the Lion of the Tribe of Judah has Triumphed!
Then one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals. Revelation 5:5
As I sat with the Lord listening to His Tender Voice; He said. “Do not weep, Do not fear for I am coming, Judah- the Triumphant One, I am coming like a MIGHTY FORCE! I am coming like a rocket launched into the earth.” “Behold I come” said the Lord. The Lion of Judah has broken the CHAINS!
This picture by James Nesbit so closely depicts this vision I had.
There is a War on Words in our day. Many would like to censor the Word of God. The war on Words is about removing the Power of Gods Word. This is not a new war but an intensifying war. We must use the WORD to win the War!
